Mango Talker is a softphone and corporate messenger in a single application for Virtual PBX clients MANGO OFFICE.

To communicate with customers: receive calls, call and send SMS from a work number, enable conversation recording.

For corporate communication: use the employees' address book, chat rooms, free calls, audio and video conferences.

Work Calls
Receive calls to a work number for free (you no longer need to pay for forwarding to a mobile phone), call, send faxes and SMS to clients from your work number. Unified Customer Address Book
Cloud synchronization with CRM, Google address books, etc. Allows you to always understand which customer is calling you. Add new contacts to your address book and your colleagues will see them right away.

All contacts of colleagues are already in the business messenger (they are pulled from the Personal Account of the Virtual PBX MANGO OFFICE). Find any employee, check their accessibility status and contact them instantly.

Message and call history is available on any device. When you connect to your account from another device, all your correspondence and call history will be available on the new device.

Calls over the Internet or GSM
If the Internet is bad, and you need to call the customer - select “Request a call back”. The call will go through cellular communication, and the client will see your work number.

Audio and video conferencing
Communicate with several colleagues at the same time on high-quality audio and video communications. Add external members by phone number or web link.
